This policy applies to the Scriptaurex website (scriptaurex.com) and the trading-signal service it describes ("the Service"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@scriptaurex.com.
2. The short version
- This website does not create accounts, use cookies for tracking, or run advertising.
- The onboarding form does not store your details on any server — submitting it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, which you then choose to send.
- We never request or collect exchange API keys, passwords, or access to your trading accounts.
- What you share with us (name, email, phone number, trading experience, messages) is provided by you through WhatsApp, email, or phone, and is used only to support you.
3. Information you choose to provide
When you contact us — by WhatsApp, email, or phone — you choose to share details such as your name, contact information, trading experience, and any message content. We use this information solely to respond to you and to deliver the Service you request.
When you subscribe, we collect the information needed to provide the Service and bill you: your name, email address, and payment details (payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers).
4. Information we process as part of the Service
If you receive signals, we process the market data and the webhook payloads used to deliver alerts to your broker, exchange, or dashboard. These payloads contain trade information (symbol, action, price levels) and do not include personal information beyond what is required to deliver the alert.
5. Information we automatically receive
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) and the networks that carry traffic to our site may log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not build profiles of visitors.
6. Third-party services
- Vercel — hosting; standard server logs and the global edge network.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site; your browser requests fonts directly from Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — used for support conversations and lead intake; messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- X (formerly Twitter) — public profile we maintain; interacting with it is governed by X's terms.
- Payment provider — processes subscription payments when we launch billing; we do not see or store your full card details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
7. Data retention
We retain support conversations and subscriber records only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us at any time to delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will do so within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@scriptaurex.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We operate from India and comply with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) where it applies. If you are located in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rights referenced above also apply to the extent we process your data.
9. Security
Our site is served over HTTPS. We apply standard security practices to the Service, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We ask you to protect your own account credentials and never share them with us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
