Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing scriptaurex.com or subscribing to the Scriptaurex trading-signal service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "We", "us", and "Scriptaurex" refer to the provider of the Service, operated from India.
2. What the Service is
Scriptaurex provides trading signals — alerts containing entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels delivered by email, WhatsApp, or webhook. The Service does not:
- place orders on your behalf;
- connect to or access your brokerage or exchange accounts;
- hold, manage, or take custody of your funds; or
- guarantee profits or outcomes of any kind.
3. Not investment advice; not a regulated adviser
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in any signal constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.
Scriptaurex is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and is not registered with any equivalent regulator in any other jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to you in your own jurisdiction.
4. Risk acknowledgment
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:
- algorithmic and signal-based trading can produce losses;
- backtested results may differ materially from live results;
- technology delays, failures, and data inaccuracies can affect delivery and execution; and
- you trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions and their consequences.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree not to:
- share or resell signals, feeds, or access to the Service without written permission;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service in breach of any law or regulation, including market-manipulation rules; or
- misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no contracts and no lock-in: you may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Refund policy
Because the Service is delivered digitally immediately upon activation, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Service failure: if the Service is materially unavailable and we are unable to restore it within a reasonable period.
- Early cancellation: if you cancel within 48 hours of your first activation and have not yet used the Service, we will refund the first payment.
To request a refund, contact support@scriptaurex.com with your payment details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be profitable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptaurex, its owners, and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scriptaurex and its owners and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Scriptaurex name, logo, website content, and signals are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our name or branding without written permission.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where Scriptaurex is registered, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
